This Home in jaipur Architecure and Interior design with modern style & contemporary outlook by Kamal Kavita Interiors its a 250 sq yard house situated in Subhash Nagar jaipur. Its home of two bothers residing separately on each floor which means one on the ground floor and other one on the first floor of the house. The Basic Ideology which doing the layout of the house was like that sunlight should come from atleast three sides but since this is not a corner house the sunlight can come from front and back of the house as we have left setbacks of the house as per the JDA norms so we also planned a OTS in the house over the stair case area which allows the sunlight to travel to the stair case area as well also on the first floor the balcony depth was kept clear 4ft for a person to stand in the balcony as it will be sunlight access area during winters for the family who is residing on the first floor and which is very much necessary that they have a decent space for two people to sit along with a coffee table in order to even have breakfast or tea in the mornings or at any time of the day
